▲Treasure Hill Artist Village
Treasure Hill Artist Village, officially listed as a historic building in 2004, is a historical settlement formed mainly by illegal constructions built in the 1960s and 70s, which has been transformed into an art creation base now. With winding alleys and stairs snaking up and down the gentle slopes, a special landscape is created where natural scenery and cultural clusters interweave along the surrounding hills. From the green space along the riverbank below the settlement, you can observe the entire stretch of historical ruins. In addition, a two- or three-hundred-year-old Buddhist temple worshipping Guanyin stands on the hillside; it is a place for people to worship or pray for blessings.
▲ Chiang Kai-shek memorial hall
This memorial hall was built in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, the first president of the Republic of China. The original site was the Army Command Headquarters, once the largest military area in Taipei City. It is said that gold transported from China was stored here. The blue and white colors used in the building are the main colors of the national flag, and the sky dome at the top of the Memorial Hall is decorated with the 12 rays of the white sun. With the evolution of Taiwan’s democracy and open-mindedness, the “Liberty Square” in front of the Memorial Hall has become a gathering place for democratic movements.

Many famous wedding photography shops are clustered here, forming a wedding photography street. In order to create the uniqueness of their products, the stores each plan their own themed sets of products, raising the standard of wedding photography in Taiwan, providing package photo services, professional photography, wedding gowns, styling, make-up, and so on, and creating the happiest day for the newlyweds.
